 India's largest real estate company DLF starts its era in Hyderabad.It has already built up some commercial buildings in Gachibowli and Banjarahills.The company recently announced that it is going to start high end luxury apartments in the vicinity of Hyderabad with affordable prices.
Analysts say that flats prices are going to fall further in Hyderabad because of IT slow down and attractive prices of DLF homes.

Though the real estate boom in Hyderabad is not good as it was earlier,it still attracts major real estate companies from other nations as well.More and more projects are coming up.New destinations are still being established.
Gachibowli,Attapur,Bachupalli,Alwal, Shamshabad,Ghatkesar,Dindigal are still attracting more projects from major real estate companies. These are preferred destinations and more over buying a property in these areas seem to be good investment option which gives high returns in near future.
